SHIPPING POLICY

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over 300 NIS.
     

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of 35 NIS applies to orders below 300 NIS. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
     

  • Delivery Area: We ship anywhere in Israel.
     

  • Pick-Up Option: You can choose to pick up your order from our Tel Aviv location free of charge. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
